CenterTools to Acquire VolumeShield
Combines leaders in endpoint security

Portland, OR. and Houston, TX., August 14, 2008 – CenterTools, LLC (www.drivelock.com) today announced that it will acquire VolumeShield (www.volumeshield.com) through a definitive agreement between both businesses. The union is a natural fit for both organizations, combining two leaders in endpoint security and mobile device control. Under the terms of the agreement CenterTools will provide support for existing VolumeShield customers and transition the feature set of the VolumeShield AntiCopy product into its DriveLock™ product suite.
